Are your designer-named fragrances the original products?
No. Fragrances named after a designer scent are our own creations, made in the style of that scent. They are not the original products and we are not connected to those brands.
What is the difference between perfume and perfume oil (attar)?
Perfume is a spray, sold in 30ML, 50ML and 100ML. Perfume oil, or attar, is the same scent as an oil that you dab on by hand, sold in 3ML, 6ML and 12ML.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders of Rs 3,000 or more. Smaller orders have a Rs 350 delivery charge. We deliver across Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?
Orders normally arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
How do I pay?
A minimum advance payment of Rs 350 confirms your order. You can pay the advance, or the full amount, by bank transfer to our Bank Alfalah account, and any remaining balance on delivery. See payment methods for the account details.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. Unopened, unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, tell us within 7 days and we will replace it. See our return policy.
