This policy explains how Zam Zam CS delivers your order.

Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan from Peshawar.

Delivery charges

• Orders of Rs 3,000 or more: free delivery.
• Orders under Rs 3,000: Rs 350 delivery charge.

The delivery charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Orders are normally delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery to remote areas, and deliveries during public holidays, sale periods or bad weather, can take a little longer.

Advance payment

A minimum advance payment of Rs 350 is required to confirm your order. You can pay it by bank transfer. See payment methods for the account details.

Order confirmation and tracking

You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order is placed. If you have a question about where your order is, contact us with your order number and we will check for you.

Receiving your parcel

Please check that your address and phone number are correct when you order, so the courier can reach you. If a parcel arrives damaged or leaking, or an item is missing or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right. See our return and refund policy for details.
