Terms of service

These terms apply when you visit zamzamcs.com or place an order with Zam Zam CS ("we", "us"). By using this website or ordering from us, you agree to them.

Our products

We sell perfumes and perfume oils (attar). Fragrances that are named after, or described as inspired by, a designer or branded scent are our own creations made in the style of that scent. They are not the original products, and Zam Zam CS is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to those brands. Brand names appear only to describe the character of a scent, and all trademarks belong to their owners.

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and packaging can look slightly different on your screen, and how a fragrance smells and how long it lasts varies from person to person.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and availability can change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. A minimum advance payment of Rs 350 is required to confirm an order. The ways you can pay are explained on our payment methods page.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation and the advance payment has been received. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot verify the delivery details. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Delivery, returns and privacy

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, returns and replacements by our return and refund policy, and the way we handle your personal information by our privacy policy. These policies form part of these terms.

Safe use

Our products are for external use only. Keep them away from heat, flame, eyes and children. If you have sensitive skin, test a small amount first and stop using the product if irritation occurs.

Website content

The text, images and design on this website belong to Zam Zam CS or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms removes rights that you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
