Return and refund policy

We want you to be happy with your fragrance. This policy explains when an order can be returned, exchanged or replaced.

7-day returns on unopened items

You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is:

  • unopened and unused,
  • in its original packaging, with any seal intact, and
  • in the same condition in which you received it.

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and perfume oils (attar) that have been opened, sprayed or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged, leaking or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, or you receive the wrong item or size, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send your order number and a clear photo of the item and its packaging, and we will replace it.

How to start a return

  1. Call 0317 4411443, email zamzamcs.pk@gmail.com or use our contact form, with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply with the next steps.
  3. Send the item to our return address below.
  4. Once we receive and check the item, we will arrange your refund, exchange or replacement.

Please do not send an item back before contacting us, as we cannot accept returns that have not been confirmed.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the order has been handed to the courier.
